SHOOKA Engineering Company was registered on May 13, 1999 in Tehran under No. 168705 at Tehran Industrial Register Office.
The primary goals for this company are:

• Engineering, purchase and construction of automation systems (control and instrumentation).
• Engineering, Purchasing and Construction (EPC) of oil and gas and petrochemical projects.
• Setting up power plants and refineries and other industrial projects.
